TERMS OF SERVICE

FINANCIAL AGREEMENT

1) All appointments require a credit card number to be kept on file.
2)A minimum of 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be considered a “Late Cancel/No Show”, any deposits/consult fee(s) will be forfeited plus the remaining balance of the treatment(s) will be applied.
3)If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the “Late Cancel/No Show fee based on our no show/late cancellation policy.
4)Payments are required in full at the time of each treatment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit Cards, cash, and gift certificates. Financing is available thru Care Credit.
5)A $100.00 fee will be charged for returned checks and the balance of that day’s services will be charged to your credit card on file. A 20% charge will be applied to any unpaid balances for every 30 days past due. We reserve the right to apply this charge to any credit card that you have on file with ARMÉ, without notice. All patients are required to keep a valid credit card number on file.
6)Skin care products and services are non-refundable.

DEPOSITS, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

To secure your appointment time and consultation, we require a non-refundable deposit which varies depending on your service. This deposit will be applied towards your treatment and is required at the time of booking. The deposit will hold your appointment and ensure that our staff and equipment are ready for your arrival. We understand that a situation may arise that could force you to cancel or postpone your treatment. Please understand that such changes affect not only our staff but our other patients as well, and we therefore request your courtesy and concern. If you need to cancel your appointment, please allow 48 hours to notify us of the cancellation. If you provide adequate notice, we will apply your deposit to your rescheduled appointment. Should we receive less than 48 hours of notification, or should you no-show , any deposits/consult fee(s) for EACH of service will be forfeited plus the remaining balance of the treatment(s) will be applied. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, this will result in a no show fee based on our no show/late cancellation policy.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment (make-up free if you are receiving facial or facial injectable services)) to fill out required in office intake forms. Arriving late will shorten the time of your treatment and the full cost of the service will still be applied.

THERE CAN BE NO REFUNDS FOR SERVICES ALREADY PROVIDED

To receive package pricing, payment must be made at the time of the first treatment or sale, Package pricing is nonrefundable, nonreturnable and nontransferable and may not be applied to other treatment areas. Package expiration dates are per the fine print on date of purchase. Unused services by the date of expiration will be forfeited.

REVISIONAL TREATMENT OR TREATMENT OF COMPLICATIONS

The practice of medicine is not an exact science, and medical spa treatments are the practice of medicine. Although good results are anticipated, there can be no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, by anyone as to the actual results you may get. Occasionally additional treatments and/or treatment for problems or complications may be required. These could result in additional charges for which you may be responsible.

Our aestheticians accept gratuities, while our medical staff does not.

I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the foregoing policies and my obligations related there to.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING COST

We offer free domestic shipping on orders above $300. All domestic orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $12.

International shipping is not currently available.

2.  SHIPPING TIME

All orders are processed within 24 hours Monday – Thursday and 72 hours Friday – Sunday. United States orders are shipped through USPS or FedEx and take 1-4 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation.

3. TRACKING

A tracking number is generated and will be sent to your email upon USPS or FedEx scanning in your package.
