PHOTO SUBMISSION PROCESS
After submitting the non-refundable $25 administrative fee, clients must provide facial photos for assessment under specific guidelines.
TREATMENT PLAN CREATION
Amanda will carefully review your photos and create a personalized plan with estimated costs.
TREATMENT BOOKING
If you choose to proceed, a booking fee will be required and credited toward your treatment cost.
Pre Evaluation Requirement
A $25 non-refundable administrative fee is required prior to evaluation.
Payment must be sent via Venmo to @ARMEwellness (Amanda Jackson).
After payment, please text photos to (423) 480-8056 using bathroom lighting only.
Hair must be pulled away from the face, with no makeup and no earrings.
Required photos:
- One forward-facing
- One turned 30° to the right
- One turned 30° to the left
- Eyes open
- Face level (do not tilt up or down)
Amanda will respond within 48–72 hours with a customized treatment plan and estimated cost.
