AMANDA JACKSON, FNP-BC
Founder | Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner | Injector
Amanda Jackson is the Founder of ARMÉ Wellness and a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetics, functional medicine, and preventive healthcare. She believes that when people understand their bodies, they make informed decisions that lead to lasting confidence and better overall health.
Her career began in the beauty industry at age 18 as a makeup artist, skincare consultant, and licensed cosmetologist. This early experience developed her artistic eye for facial balance, symmetry, and natural-looking results—an advantage that continues to shape her aesthetic approach today.
Amanda later transitioned into healthcare, bringing 15 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and 12 years as a Nurse Practitioner, including 10 years in emergency and urgent care. Over the past six years, she has pursued advanced training in aesthetic, regenerative, and functional medicine, emphasizing natural, long-lasting outcomes grounded in anatomy and evidence-based care.
She founded ARMÉ Wellness to provide a personalized alternative to rushed, one-size-fits-all treatments. Under her leadership, the clinic combines modern aesthetics, root-cause medicine, and preventive care to help patients achieve sustainable wellness and confidence.
Amanda is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the American Med Spa Association, serves on the board of the Jenny Lea Academy of Cosmetology, and mentors providers committed to ethical, patient-centered care. Her philosophy is simple: the best results are thoughtful, natural, and designed to stand the test of time.
DR. GREG MARCUM, MD
Medical Supervising Physician
Dr. Greg Marcum brings over 32 years of experience in emergency medicine to his role as Medical Supervising Physician at ARMÉ. A graduate of East Tennessee State University’s James H. Quillen College of Medicine, Dr. Marcum has dedicated his career to providing expert, compassionate care across all stages of life.
Throughout his decades of service, he has treated a full spectrum of acute and life-threatening conditions with calm precision and clinical excellence. His deep knowledge of urgent and emergent care continues to guide and support the medical team at ARMÉ, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and patient-centered care.

DR. ANASTASIA BROWN, MD
Aesthetic Supervising Physician
Dr. Anastasia Brown brings over 18 years of clinical expertise to her role as Aesthetic Supervising Physician at ARMÉ. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Notre Dame and earned her Medical Doctorate from the University of Virginia. Board certified in Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Dr. Brown has dedicated her career to providing comprehensive care across all stages of life.
With a strong foundation in both family and acute care medicine, Dr. Brown offers a thoughtful, medically grounded perspective in the aesthetic space. Her oversight ensures that every treatment at ARMÉ is held to the highest standards of safety, integrity, and clinical excellence.

Licensed Esthetician | Laser Safety Officer
Abby’s journey at ARMÉ Wellness began on the front lines of patient care, where she quickly distinguished herself through her precision, intuitive understanding of client needs, and calm, welcoming presence. Her natural leadership and attention to detail led her into the role of Aesthetic Assistant to Amanda Jackson, where she trained directly under Amanda’s guidance and clinical protocols—an immersive experience that shaped her approach to advanced aesthetics and corrective skin care.
In addition to her in-house mentorship, Abby completed advanced training under industry leader Savanna Boda, further refining her expertise in skin health and results-driven treatment planning. Today, she is highly sought after and maintains a consistently full schedule, a reflection of both her outcomes and the trust she builds with her clients. Her approach is thoughtful and methodical, focused on customized plans that respect the skin’s biology while delivering visible, lasting improvements. She is especially known for her ability to translate complex skin concerns into clear, achievable strategies.

RYLEE
Injectable Assistant | Aesthetician | Lash Technician
Rylee is a graduate of Premier Cosmetology Academy and joins our team as Amanda Jackson’s Injectable Assistant and Aesthetician. She is a passionate, driven aesthetician with a genuine love for helping others look and feel their best. As she continues to grow within the field, Rylee brings a bright enthusiasm paired with sincere care for every patient she meets.
Rylee trains directly under Amanda Jackson and Abby, gaining hands-on experience within ARMÉ’s clinical protocols and aesthetic standards. Her approach is rooted in connection, listening, and thoughtful attention—ensuring each client feels comfortable, supported, and truly seen throughout their experience. In addition to her clinical training, Rylee has specialized education in lash extensions, allowing her to blend precision, artistry, and personalization into her work.

KELLY
Certified Medical Assistant | Laser Safety Officer
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Kelly brings exceptional clinical depth and an unmatched level of patient care to her role as a Certified Medical Assistant and Laser Safety Officer. Her extensive background spans primary care, urgent care, oncology, home health, hospice, and addiction management—each chapter shaping the skilled, compassionate professional she is today.
At ARMÉ Wellness, Kelly is the backbone of medical coordination. She plays a vital role in supporting medically guided weight loss and hormone replacement therapy programs, ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their care. From managing prior authorizations and coordinating diagnostic testing to administering injections and assisting with clinical procedures, Kelly is a steady, trusted presence at every step.
Her technical expertise extends across a wide range of services, including phlebotomy, tattoo removal, and laser hair removal, where safety and precision are paramount. She also provides skilled assistance with in-office procedures—bringing calm focus and confidence even in more complex clinical moments.
Known for her empathy, thoroughness, and reassuring presence, Kelly ensures every patient feels seen, heard, and exceptionally cared for. Often the second friendly face you’ll meet at your medical appointment, she is the steady support patients remember long after their visit.
TONYA
Operations Manager | Medical Assistant | Radiology Technician
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Tonya is a driving force behind the seamless, elevated experience at ARMÉ Wellness. Her clinical background includes Emergency Medicine, Orthopedic Trauma, and Primary Care, where she served as a Lead Nurse—developing the clinical judgment, leadership, and adaptability that define her work today. In addition to being a Licensed Radiology Technician and Certified Medical Assistant, Tonya brings extensive expertise in medical office management and operational excellence.
As ARMÉ’s Operations Manager, Tonya is the strategic engine behind both daily operations and long-range execution. She oversees billing audits, coordinates complex workflows, and ensures the practice operates with precision and consistency. From managing day-to-day logistics to executing large-scale events and sales initiatives, her leadership keeps every moving part aligned and performing at a high level.
Affectionately known as the “ultimate multitasker,” Tonya is often the unseen force behind the emails, the systems, and the solutions—anticipating needs and resolving challenges before they ever surface. Her steady presence provides structure and confidence for the entire team, while her meticulous attention to detail ensures nothing is overlooked.
Whether she’s managing clinical responsibilities or fine-tuning operations behind the scenes, Tonya brings clarity, warmth, and unwavering dedication to both the team and the patients they serve.
JOSIE
Head Spa | Cosmetologist
Josie brings a strong foundation in cosmetology and advanced specialty
training to her role as Head Spa Lead Cosmetologist at ARMÉ Wellness. With three years of professional training in hair extensions, she offers a level of technical expertise and scalp awareness that allows her to safely and effectively treat a wide range of clients, including those with sew-in extensions.
Josie’s journey at ARMÉ began in patient care coordination, where she became known for her calm presence, meticulous attention to detail, and intuitive understanding of the client experience. That front-line leadership now informs her work in the Head Spa—ensuring each visit is seamless, intentional, and tailored to the individual.
Trained alongside Amanda Jackson under industry leader Sage Headspa in Nashville, Tennessee, Josie leads ARMÉ’s Head Spa program with a rare blend of cosmetology expertise and medical integration. This signature offering sets ARMÉ apart by combining luxury scalp and hair treatments with access to medical evaluation when appropriate, including diagnostic lab testing and clinically guided solutions for underlying scalp or hair concerns. Treatments are deeply relaxing for both men and women, while remaining adaptable and safe for clients with extensions—without compromising results or comfort.
Josie is passionate about creating an environment where clients feel relaxed, understood, and genuinely cared for. With her polished professionalism, technical precision, and calming presence, she delivers a head spa experience that is both restorative and expertly informed.
HEATHER
Owner & Artist, The BeautyMark Permanent Makeup Studio
Licensed Permanent Makeup Artist
With a foundation rooted in science and a passion ignited by art, Heather brings a unique blend of precision and creativity to the world of permanent makeup. After nearly 15 years as a medical laboratory technologist with Holston Medical Group, she made a bold and inspiring shift in 2018—leaving her clinical career to pursue her true calling in beauty.
Heather completed a full-time tattoo apprenticeship and quickly emerged as a standout in the field, gaining recognition for her natural artistry, technical skill, and meticulous attention to detail. In 2019, she advanced her expertise by training under globally renowned artists at Girlz Ink in Las Vegas—further refining her craft and setting a new standard for excellence.
Specializing in brows, lip blush, and corrective tattooing, Heather is known for creating soft, natural results that enhance each client’s unique features. Her dedication to ongoing education and precision technique ensures results that are as timeless as they are transformative.
In 2021, she opened The BeautyMark Permanent Makeup Studio, a luxe, welcoming space rooted in artistry, confidence, and self-care. Through her collaboration with Amanda Jackson’s ARMÉ, Heather continues to elevate the permanent makeup experience with a focus on safety, artistry, and client empowerment.
She remains a passionate advocate for industry excellence and believes continuing education should be a gold standard for all permanent makeup artists.
AVA
Patient Care Coordinator
Ava is currently attending esthetician school and is passionate about all things skincare and aesthetics. She has always loved helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin, which drew her to the industry. Ava is excited to continue expanding her knowledge of aesthetics while working in a med spa environment. Her goal is to help create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient from the moment they walk through the door. Ava loves being a part of a space where people can invest in themselves and leave feeling refreshed, confident and cared for.
MARY
Patient Care Coordinator | Certified Colon Hydrotherapist
Mary is currently pursuing her RN Degree and has a passion for helping others look and feel their best. Whether she's studying, spending time outdoors, practicing hot yoga, or enjoying time with family and friends, she always focuses on growth and connection. Mary believes every guest deserves to feel welcomed, valued, and confident, and she is so excited to be a part of your experience.
DIANE
Licensed Massage Therapist | Esthetician | Certified Nursing Assistant
Diane is a Licensed Massage Therapist entering her 29th year of practice and has studied Esthetics for 14 years. She is also a Certified Nursing Assistant. Diane believes that the gift of healing through her hands is just that—a gift. Although she has studied many years of science, including a specialty in manual lymph drainage she uses a lot of intuition in her sessions and believes in the healing results of massage therapy.

My journey with ARMÈ Medical Spa began as a client, where I experienced firsthand the level of care and support they provide. During some important seasons of my life, the ARMÈ team listened, encouraged me, and truly made a positive difference. Their commitment to their clients from beginning to end made a strong impression on me.
I am a Certified Medical Assistant and Certified Colonic Hydrotherapist, and I’m excited to bring my experience and dedication to wellness to the ARMÈ team. It is a privilege to work alongside such compassionate and caring professionals, and I look forward to helping create the same positive experience for others that I received as a client.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my kids, swimming, going to the lake, and being outdoors. I’m grateful to begin this next chapter with ARMÈ and excited for what’s ahead.
