Your Role at ARMÉ

You are the central connection between our clients, providers, and daily operations.

Coordinate and manage schedules with precision and efficiency
Guide clients through services, memberships, and product offerings
Deliver clear, confident communication in person and over the phone
Support daily clinic flow, ensuring an organized and elevated experience
Assist with retail, promotions, events, and client engagement initiatives

INJECTOR

Are you an experienced injector looking to join boutique medical aesthetics and wellness practice where patient care, integrity, and clinical excellence come first?

At ARMÉ Wellness, we specialize in personalized aesthetic and wellness treatments delivered in a refined, patient-centered environment. Our approach is thoughtful, individualized, and relationship-driven. We believe exceptional results begin with trust, education, and attention to detail.

We are seeking a motivated, experienced injector who is passionate about aesthetics, committed to safety, and takes pride in delivering high-quality care. This role is ideal for a professional who values autonomy, collaboration, and long-term growth within a supportive practice.

About the Role

The ideal candidate is a polished, self-directed professional with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for the aesthetic and wellness industry. You shoould be confident working independently while also collaborating closely with the ARMÉ Wellness team to provide a seamless, elevated patient experience.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Licensed medical professional with injectable experience
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Ability to build rapport and long-term patient relationships
Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and ongoing professional growth

Responsibilities:

Review & access patient medical histories for contraindications
Conduct comprehensive consultations and educate patients on treatment options, risks, and benefits
Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care and support
Administer neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, etc.)
Safely administer injectable dermal fillers (Restylane, Juvederm, Radiesse, Sculptra, Kybella, etc.)
Provide non-surgical aesthetic and regenerative treatments such as PRP | PRF, microneedling, chemical peels, and IV Hydration
(If applicable: NP | PA) Conduct wellness and hormone replacement visits and lab reviews
Maintain detailed, accurate patient documentation and treatment records
Collaborate with the ARMÉ Wellness team to ensure a consistently elevated patient experience
Maintain a clean and sanitized environment
Report any adverse reactions to medical director and follow strict safety protocols
Outstanding follow-up performance and ability to articulate
