PHOTO SUBMISSION
After submitting the admin fee, you will email 3 photos taken in bathroom lighting with the following requirements:
- Hair pulled away from the face
- No makeup
- No earrings
- Eyes open
- Face level (do not tilt up or down)
Photo angles required:
- Forward-facing
- Turned 30° to the right
- Turned 30° to the left

TREATMENT PLAN REVIEW
Amanda will review your photos and respond within 48–72 hours with a personalized treatment plan and estimated cost.
SAME-DAY TREATMENT (IF APPROVED)
If you are approved and choose to proceed, treatment may be performed during your visit.
A $100 booking fee will be required and credited toward your treatment cost.
