• After you submit the $25 non-refundable admin fee, you will need to email 3 photos to amanda@armewellness.com all in bathroom lighting. Hair must be placed out of your face, no earrings and without make-up. Photos must be 1) forward facing 2) turned 30 degrees to the right 3) turned 30 degrees to the left 4) No eyes closed 5) Don’t angle face up or down.

Amanda will reply to the email with photos within 48-72 hours. A plan will be submitted with estimated cost. If you elect to proceed with the treatment, you will pay a booking fee of $100 which will be credited toward your treatment cost. *Not for pregnant or breastfeeding mothers
