Her early years in the beauty industry laid the foundation for her broader expertise, which expanded into a successful career in cosmetology and business administration.
Amanda’s medical career spans 16 years, with a decade spent in emergency medicine and urgent care. In the last five years, she has trained with some of the most respected names in the medical and aesthetic fields, continuously refining her craft. Her expertise has earned her a place in Marquis Who’s Who, along with prestigious accolades, including the KOSBE Award for Small Business Excellence in 2022 and recognition as Kingsport’s Best MedSpa in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
As the founder of ARMÉ Wellness, Amanda seamlessly fuses her artistic vision with advanced medical knowledge, creating a unique approach to holistic beauty and health. She is a proud member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, where she is pursuing both a fellowship and double board certification. Amanda is also an active member of the American Medspa Association and serves on the board of the Jenny Lea Academy of Cosmetology.

Throughout his decades of service, he has treated a full spectrum of acute and life-threatening conditions with calm precision and clinical excellence. DR. ANASTASIA BROWN, MD
Aesthetic Supervising Physician
Dr. Anastasia Brown brings over 18 years of clinical expertise to her role as Aesthetic Supervising Physician at ARMÉ. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Notre Dame and earned her Medical Doctorate from the University of Virginia. Board certified in Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Dr. Brown has dedicated her career to providing comprehensive care across all stages of life.

Abby began her journey with ARMÉ as a Patient Care Coordinator, where her attention to detail and warm presence quickly made her an essential part of the team. After a year of dedication, she stepped into the role of Amanda Jackson’s Aesthetic Assistant—an experience that deepened her passion for skincare and inspired her to pursue formal training in aesthetics.
Now a licensed Esthetician with two years of hands-on experience, Abby is known for her results-driven approach and personalized treatment plans. She takes pride in curating thoughtful, effective protocols tailored to each client’s unique needs—delivering radiant skin and renewed confidence.
Abby’s warm, welcoming energy is at the heart of every treatment. She values building genuine relationships and ensures every client feels seen, understood, and beautifully cared for. While she believes that true beauty begins within, she finds joy in helping her clients glow from the outside, too.

Rylee is a recent graduate of Premier Cosmetology Academy and joins our team as the new Injectable Assistant and Aesthetician. Rylee is a passionate and driven aesthetician with a deep love for helping others look and feel their best.As a fresh face in the industry, she brings an enthusiastic energy and a genuine care for each patient she meets.

Certified Medical Assistant | Laser Technician
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Kelly brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and an unmatched level of care to her role as a Certified Medical Assistant and Laser Technician. Her diverse background spans primary care, urgent care, oncology, home health, hospice, and addiction management—each chapter shaping the deeply compassionate and capable provider she is today.
At ARMÉ, Kelly is the heartbeat of medical coordination. She plays an essential role in supporting medical-guided weight loss and hormone replacement therapy programs, ensuring patients feel fully supported and informed throughout their wellness journey. From expertly managing prior authorizations and diagnostic testing to administering injections and assisting in clinical procedures, Kelly is a trusted advocate every step of the way.
Her technical expertise shines through in services such as blood draws, tattoo removal, and laser hair removal—but her favorite? Assisting with incision and drainage procedures.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Tonya is a true force behind the seamless experience at ARMÉ. Her clinical background spans Emergency Medicine, Ortho Trauma, and Primary Care, where she served as a Lead Nurse. In addition to being a Licensed Radiology Technician and Certified Medical Assistant, Tonya brings extensive expertise in medical office management and operational excellence.
As ARMÉ’s Operations Manager, Tonya is the quiet powerhouse orchestrating everything from day-to-day logistics to large-scale events and sales initiatives. She oversees billing audits, maintains organizational flow, and ensures every detail behind the scenes is executed flawlessly.
Known affectionately as the “ultimate multitasker”, Tonya is often the one behind the emails, solving problems before they surface and keeping the entire team aligned. Her presence is the steady rhythm that keeps the practice running smoothly—and her sharp eye for detail ensures nothing is ever overlooked.

With a foundation rooted in science and a passion ignited by art, Heather brings a unique blend of precision and creativity to the world of permanent makeup. After nearly 15 years as a medical laboratory technologist with Holston Medical Group, she made a bold and inspiring shift in 2018—leaving her clinical career to pursue her true calling in beauty.
Heather completed a full-time tattoo apprenticeship and quickly emerged as a standout in the field, gaining recognition for her natural artistry, technical skill, and meticulous attention to detail. In 2019, she advanced her expertise by training under globally renowned artists at Girlz Ink in Las Vegas—further refining her craft and setting a new standard for excellence.
Specializing in brows, lip blush, and corrective tattooing, Heather is known for creating soft, natural results that enhance each client’s unique features. Her dedication to ongoing education and precision technique ensures results that are as timeless as they are transformative.
In 2021, she opened The BeautyMark Permanent Makeup Studio, a luxe, welcoming space rooted in artistry, confidence, and self-care. Through her collaboration with Amanda Jackson’s ARMÉ, Heather continues to elevate the permanent makeup experience with a focus on safety, artistry, and client empowerment.
She remains a passionate advocate for industry excellence and believes continuing education should be a gold standard for all permanent makeup artists.
