TERMS OF SERVICE
Financial Agreement:Deposits,Cancellations and Refund Policy
1) All appointments require a credit card number to be kept on file.
2) A minimum of 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be considered a "Late Cancel/No Show", ANY booking fees/consult fee(s) will be forfeited 100% plus the remaining balance of the treatment(s) will be applied not to exceed $100 for each service. *The booking fee for facial balancing will be forfeited in the entirety due to the length of the appointment time.*
3) If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the "Late Cancel/No Show fee based on our no show/late cancellation policy.
4) Payments are required in full at the time of each treatment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit Cards, cash, and gift certificates. Financing is also available through Care Credit. A 3% Charge will apply to all Credit Card Transactions.
5) A $100.00 fee will be charged for returned checks and the balance of that day's services will be charged to your credit card on file. A 20% charge will be applied to any unpaid balances for every 30 days past due. We reserve the right to apply this charge to any credit card that you have on file with ARMÉ, without notice. All patients are required to keep a valid credit card number on file.
6) Skin care products and services are non-refundable.
*Sending a message through Facebook Messenger, Instagram or any other social media platform does not count as a notification, leaving a voicemail message or sending an email does not count as a notification. You must speak to someone or cancel online.*
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment (make-up free if you are receiving facial or facial injectable services) to fill out required in office intake forms. Arriving late will shorten the time of your treatment and the full cost of the service will still be applied.
BOOKING FEES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY
To secure your appointment time and consultation, most services require a non-refundable booking fee (price varies depending on your service). This booking fee will amount to $500 for facial balancing, , There will be a $100 minimum for all Injectable Appointments. Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Diamond Glow and other facial services will require a minimum $50 deposit. Medical appointments including weight loss., IV Hydration, & sports physicals will require a $50 minimum deposit. Laser services will require a $50 minimum deposit. Massage Services will require a $50 minimum deposit. Booking Fees will be credited towards your service. This booking fee will be applied towards your treatment and is required at the time of booking. The booking fee will hold your appointment and ensure that our staff and equipment are ready for your arrival. We understand that a situation may arise that could force you to cancel or postpone your treatment. Please understand that such changes affect not only our staff but our other patients as well, and we therefore request your courtesy and concern. If you need to cancel your appointment, please allow 48 hours to notify us of the cancellation. If you provide adequate notice, we will apply your booking fee to your rescheduled appointment. Should we receive less than 48 hours of notification, or should you no-show , or have a a delay of arrival exceeding 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment, the entire booking fee will be forfeited. *Keep in mind, $500 booking fee for facial balancing will be forfeited in the entirety.
Should a $100 booking fee be required for a single service, no supplementary charges will be incurred. Conversely, if a booking fee of $50 was specified, an additional $50 will be charged as cancelation fee accordingly.
Members: Members will not be charged a booking fee unless service is scheduled online. In cases of cancellations with less than 48 hours of notification, a no-show or delay of arrival exceeding 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment, $100 for each service will be removed from the wallet. IF for any reason wallet funds are not available and services are in the wallet, the amount owed for cancellation fee will be deducted from service available.
Multiple Services: Should you reserve multiple services but fail to notify us 48 hours in advance of your cancellation, or should you no-show, you will be charged $100 cancellation fee for each service minus the booking fee.

THERE CAN BE NO REFUNDS FOR SERVICES ALREADY PROVIDED
To receive package pricing, payment must be made at the time of the first treatment or sale, Package pricing is nonrefundable, nonreturnable and nontransferable and may not be applied to other treatment areas. Package expiration dates are per the fine print on date of purchase. Unused services by the date of expiration will be forfeited.
REVISIONAL TREATMENT OR TREATMENT OF COMPLICATIONS
The practice of medicine is not an exact science, and medical spa treatments are the practice of medicine. Although good results are anticipated, there can be no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, by anyone as to the actual results you may get. Occasionally additional treatments and/or treatment for problems or complications may be required. These could result in additional charges for which you may be responsible.
Our aestheticians accept gratuities, while our medical staff does not.
